What Connect is

Connect is the delivery layer for Moyava Clinical. It is designed to help a clinic send a clinician-approved package to a parent or guardian and retain an auditable record of the action.

Connect can work with Moyava Clinical education or with other materials approved by the clinic. A clinic does not need another Moyava Clinical capability to use Connect.

Privacy-conscious delivery

• The clinic chooses and approves what is sent.
• Personalized content stays behind an opaque, secure link.
• Links can be configured to expire or be revoked.
• Text notifications do not include the child's name, diagnosis, condition, medication, or other clinical details.
• SMS is optional; QR code, print, and copy-link delivery remain available.

Consent before text delivery

Before a clinic sends a Moyava Clinical text, the parent or guardian must be shown the SMS disclosure and actively select an unchecked consent box. Consent is optional and is not a condition of receiving care or educational materials.

The clinic can provide the same materials through a non-SMS method if the parent or guardian does not consent to text delivery.
