How consent for Moyava Clinical text messages works
Moyava Clinical, operated by Moyava Health LLC, sends transactional, non-marketing notifications only after a patient, parent, legal guardian, or authorized representative explicitly agrees to receive them.
The in-clinic consent process
- An authorized clinic staff member opens the secure consent screen.
- The patient, parent, legal guardian, or authorized representative reviews the phone number and SMS disclosure.
- The recipient or authorized representative actively checks two separate boxes, each of which starts unchecked: one to consent to receive text messages, and one to accept the SMS Terms of Service and acknowledge the Privacy Policy.
- Moyava Clinical records the consent before any text notification is sent.
- If the recipient or authorized representative does not consent, they may continue without SMS, and the material remains available by QR code, printed copy, or copied secure link.
What the messages contain
Messages identify Moyava Clinical, operated by Moyava Health LLC, and contain a secure link to clinician-selected visit materials. The ordinary text message does not include the patient's name, diagnosis, condition, medication, or other clinical details.
Message frequency varies and is based on clinic visits or requested delivery of clinician-approved materials. Moyava Clinical does not send marketing texts through this program. Message and data rates may apply.
Your choices
- SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of care.
- Reply STOP to opt out of future messages from the sending number.
- Reply HELP for help information.

Important limitation. Text messages and secure materials are not monitored for replies or urgent medical needs. Contact the treating clinic with medical questions. Call 911 for an emergency.
